About Me
My journey into healing and wellness began not with a grand plan, but with a deep, persistent feeling from childhood: there had to be a better way to live. For decades, I grappled with emotional turmoil, searching for answers in unhealthy places and skimming countless self-help resources.
While I picked up valuable skills along the way, I also learned a crucial lesson: I couldn't rationalize or intellectualize my way into healthy coping mechanisms. Something fundamental was missing, and for much of my life, I believed that something was me.
In 2018, everything shifted. I had an "a-ha" moment—a true moment of grace—and began working a Program of Action. The most challenging part was accepting that missing piece: a power greater than myself. Though never perfectly, I progressed spiritually through that program, reaching a point where I was ready for, and then found, another powerful set of tools for personal growth: energy healing and essential oils.
My business was born from these profound learnings—from repeated failures and triumphs alike. It’s an honor and a privilege to share this path with you, and I am truly grateful that you are joining me.

A Note from My Furry Family
The photo of my puppy, Ginkgo, was captured just after he acquired a flower from the garden. Ginkgo is named after my favorite tree. In grade school, we had to create a report on trees in our city, and I've loved Ginkgo trees ever since. The second photo is me with my smallest dog, Noah. Both are my constant companions on this incredible journey.
