Aroma Freedom Technique
Free Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) Virtual Session
Join me on Saturday, November 15 at 1pm on Google Meet
As part of my Level 2 AFT Certification, I need to facilitate and record a live group session. I'll share an overview of what AFT is and why it's so effective, followed by a guided group session to help you release limiting patterns.
Action is Required!
To participate, you will need certain essential oils.
If you already own the oils listed below, great!
If not, I can mail them to you before the session! Please respond ASAP to this survey to let me know you will attend and whether you need the oils mailed to you.
12-Step Aroma Freedom Technique™ (AFT)
The basic 12-Step Aroma Freedom Technique™ (AFT) is a step-by-step process for identifying and releasing negative thoughts, feelings, and memories that interfere with reaching our goals and dreams.  It is meant to set a person’s emotional energy flowing in a positive direction toward growth and expansion rather than contracting in fear, doubt, or paralysis.
The Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) utilizes the Young Living Essential Oils listed below to facilitate permanent shifts in your perspective on yourself, others, and the world, adopting a future-focused approach.  With AFT, we start with a goal or intention for something we would like to feel or achieve in the future.
Clarity Blend, Inspiration Blend, or Clarify Your Purpose Blend
Memory Release Blend (Frankincense + Stress Away + Lavender) or Trauma Life Blend
Inner Child Blend
Release Blend
Transformation Blend or Believe Blend
The Memory Resolution Technique (TMRT)
The Memory Resolution Technique (TMRT)
The Memory Resolution Technique™ (TMRT) is another Aroma Freedom process using Young Living Essential Oils, which is used to release a recurring memory, episode, or encounter that you can’t seem to feel better about.
This technique can be used before an Aroma Freedom Technique session if there is an upsetting memory that is not allowing you to set a goal or intention.  Or, it may be used spontaneously during an Aroma Freedom Technique session if a particularly intense memory emerges during the session that prevents you from moving through the steps.
The Memory Resolution Technique (TMRT) is considered a MEMORY-FOCUSED approach because with TMRT, we start with an emotionally charged or unprocessed memory.  With TMRT, the memory may be of a recent interaction or a long-standing recurring memory of something that happened in the past.
