CARE Mentoring: Guiding Your Path to Certification
Patricia Iannone, Fully Certified CARE Instructor/Supervisor (FCCI)
Becoming a Certified Raindrop Technique Specialist (CRTS) or a Certified CARE Instructor (CCI) is a significant accomplishment and a major investment of your time, effort, and resources. To ensure the successful completion of your journey, I strongly encourage you to engage a CARE mentor who can provide expert guidance and advice throughout your certification requirements.
Investing in a mentoring relationship early on is invaluable—it's like having insurance for your success. As your CARE mentor, I am genuinely on your side and deeply committed to your success. I will be there to check in, teach, coach, encourage, and support you, ensuring that you pass the requirements with excellence and confidently achieve your CARE goals. The sooner you engage a CARE mentor, the better your chances of successfully completing your pathway.

For Certified CARE Instructor (CCI):
Requirement 14: Assistantship Class

Requirement 20: Written Exam

Requirement 23: Internship Class
Additionally, I can:
Accept Certified Instructors (CIs) and Certified CARE Instructors (CCIs) as assistants in Raindrop and Vita Flex classes to help them fulfill their annual requirement for active status.
Accept Inactive CARE Instructors (ICIs) as students who are seeking reinstatement as a CCI.
As a CARE supervisor, it is my task to support and maintain a spirit of love, cooperation, and harmony among CARE instructors. It is my job to ensure that those becoming CARE Instructors are of high caring quality, high integrity, and high competence in the skills and knowledge presented in CARE classes, along with their compatibility with CARE and its esteemed faculty.
The Certified CARE Instructor (CCI) Journey
The core purpose of CARE Classes is to spread healing teachings to as many people as possible for their personal use. Beyond that, CARE is dedicated to training teachers who will, in turn, train more teachers, ensuring that the widest possible audience can receive these empowering truths.
The ultimate goal of becoming a CCI is to be a dedicated teacher, a skilled facilitator, and, ultimately, a trainer of teachers. CARE's requirements extend beyond just technical mastery; they assess your ability to relate to people and convey your understanding in a kind, humble, and effective way. Truly good teachers love their subject matter, but they love their students even more. Effective teaching, in this context, is seen as a spiritual gift and a profound manifestation of God's love and wisdom.
The CARE program is meticulously designed to discover individuals with genuine gifts for teaching and healing, help them nurture and expand on these gifts, and provide a clear avenue for them to apply their unique abilities. CARE's mission is deeply spiritual, addressing the holistic need for healing across spiritual, physical, emotional, and social dimensions.
Remember, the goal is not merely to "get through" the requirements to be certified. The true objective is to become competent enough that you are truly worthy of the certification title and can carry out the function of a good CARE Instructor in a way that brings honor to yourself, to CARE, and to the entire family of CARE Instructors.
