My journey to find a better way to live started in childhood. I was often in emotional turmoil but felt that there had to be a better way to live. During the first few decades of my life, I looked for answers in unhealthy places and skittered across self-help resources but did not find the magic potion or path. I learned valuable skills along the way, but I also learned that I could not rationalize or intellectualize my way into healthy coping mechanisms - something was missing. I thought that I was inherently defective most of my life.
In 2018, I had an a-ha moment (a.k.a. Grace) and began working a Program of Action. The hardest part was accepting that missing piece - a power greater than myself. I progressed spiritually in that program, although never perfectly, and got to a point where I needed and then found another tool for personal growth - energy healing and essential oils. My business was created from the learnings of failing and succeeding repeatedly. I am grateful that you are joining me!
P.S. The photo of my puppy, Ginkgo, was captured just after he acquired a flower from the garden. Ginkgo is named after my favorite tree. In grade school, we had to create a report on trees in our city. I have loved Ginkgo trees ever since. The second photo is me with my smallest dog, Noah.
