Raindrop & Vita Flex Practice Workshop: Dedicated Skill Refinement

Patricia Iannone, Fully Certified CARE Instructor/Supervisor (FCCI)

This intensive, one-day workshop is dedicated to practicing your Vita Flex and Raindrop Technique skills. You will spend the full day exchanging sessions with fellow attendees while supporting your own emotional, mental, and spiritual healing journey. Your instructor will be available for Q&A, troubleshooting, and ad-hoc demonstrations as you refine your techniques.

Workshop Details & Registration

Cost: $150 for the full day of practice.
Prerequisites: All attendees must have previously taken CARE's Raindrop and Vita Flex classes from a Certified CARE Instructor.
Class Size Limit: The session is limited to the first 8 people who register and pay to ensure quality hands-on practice. There must be at least 2 people registered and paid for the class to proceed.

Parking: Please enter through the parking lot door and pull it closed behind you. You may park in the lot after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends.
Nearest Airport: BMI Central Illinois Regional Airport.

Preparation & What to Bring

Before You Arrive

Review: It is highly recommended that you review and practice all techniques before attending.
Nails: Please have trimmed fingernails and no fingernail polish.
Massage Tables: Please let me know immediately if you can bring a massage table to help the group!

Materials to Bring

Your full set of Raindrop essential oils (to be used on you when you receive a Raindrop).
Your CCI Handbook so that you can document signatures.
Two sheets for the massage table, two bath towels, and one hand towel.
Your lunch.
Note-taking supplies and your journal.

Materials Provided

You will receive paper copies of the Vita Flex as a Protocol handout (to practice Vita Flex as one smooth session) and the Raindrop Technique handout.

Practice Day Schedule

Note: Timing may be flexible, depending on student needs.

8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.: Check-in & Set up for first session
9:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.: Vita Flex Practice (Includes one 15-min setup break)
11:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.: Set up and Demonstration of a complete Raindrop
12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Lunch Break
1:00 p.m. – 5:15 p.m.: Full Raindrop Practice (Includes two 15-min setup breaks)
5:15 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Debrief & Adjourn
